At Shire Computers, I try to keep the pricing structure as simple and easy as possible.
Here's what you need to know:
No Call Out Fee:
Clients within the Sutherland Shire will enjoy a $0 call out fee.
No Fix, No Fee!*
If I cannot fix your issue, you will not be charged for the time.
In Person Visit:
$150 per hour for Home and Small Business customers. (Minimum 1 hour)
Remote Help:
$75 per 30 minutes for Home and Small Business customers. (Minimum 30 minutes)
After Hours Help:
In Person: $250 per hour for Home and Small Business customers. (After 5pm, minimum 1 hour)
Remote Help: $125 per 30 minutes for Home and Small Business customers. (After 5pm, minimum 30 minutes)
Custom PC:
$200 in labour for Custom PC builds. (Per computer built + cost of parts)
$350 in labour and I'll build the computer alongside you. Great for learning!
Parts and Accessories:
Parts and accessories can vary wildly in price. Any purchases will be discussed with you beforehand.
My "No Fix, No Fee" policy applies to hardware/software faults where I am unable to provide a solution or a diagnosis. It does not apply in cases where:
A solution is offered (e.g., "You need a new screen"), but the customer chooses not to proceed.
The issue is related to third-party software or passwords that the customer cannot provide access to.
The customer is responsible for backing up all data prior to the commencement of any work. While Shire Computers takes every precaution to protect your files, I am not liable for data loss under any circumstances. If you need a backup performed before a repair, please let me know so I can include it in your service.
All quotes are valid for 7 days due to the fluctuating cost of computer components.
